St. Monica's School was established by St. Monica's Charitable and Educational Trust, Lucknow, a non-profit making body. The Trust is headed by Mr. Xavier Pinto, formerly Deputy Secretary Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi.

At the St. Monica's School we deliver the curriculum in accordance with the statutory requirements, established through National Curriculum.

Sectional and subject-wise Staff and representatives form the Academic Council of the school to manage the curricular and co-curricular activities.
